"Pray Continually"

1 Thessalonians 5:17 "pray continually;"

Sunday night at Youth Group, we set up prayer stations and prayed for the new school year and all the ways it affects our lives. It was a time of reading prayers and offering prayers. A time to remind the kids that God cares about every aspect of their lives. I'm sure there was a variety of responses to this from the kids. But I wanted them to be exposed to prayer.

How can you feel any less than overwhelmed at the thought of going before the Creator of the universe, spending time in His presence, and talking to Him about anything - anything - that crosses your mind?

Let's not forget to take advantage of this life-sustaining opportunity that He's freely given to us!
